Absence Cut Off- Teachers will no longer be permitted to enter an absence if it is within 1 hour of the school report time. For example, if the staff is scheduled to report at 8 am, they have until 6:59 am to input their absence. After that time, staff will have to call their building administrator for reporting of the absence and administrative entry. This will be extremely helpful in getting you last minute subs, and making sure there is adequate student coverage. This will hold true for half days as well; teachers will not be able to enter a half day absence if it is the same day of the absence and entered within an hour of absence time (if the half day starts at 11, absence must be entered by 9:59 am).
